1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between WinBid and every registered player. 3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WinBid login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person. WinBid will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits

WinBid accepts deposits in Bangladeshi taka via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your WinBid account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. WinBid does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of each transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• WinBid reserves the right to request proof that the payment account belongs to you before processing a withdrawal.
• If a deposit is credited in error, you must notify WinBid support immediately. Using funds credited in error is considered a breach of these terms.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on WinBid are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect account holders. Withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi taka.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• WinBid aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed, particularly for first withdrawals or large amounts.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on WinBid are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or event. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. Odds are confirmed and locked at the time of bet placement.

• WinBid reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or data feed failure.
• Bets placed after an event has started may be voided if WinBid determines that the player had access to information not available to the general public at the time of placement.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the bet slip. WinBid may reduce maximum bet limits for individual accounts at its discretion.
• In-play bets are subject to a short delay to prevent exploitation of live data advantages. This delay is applied consistently to all players.
• If an event is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport as published on WinBid.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your WinBid account balance immediately after settlement.

7 Casino & Games

WinBid's game library includes slots, live casino tables, and instant-win games sourced from third-party providers. All games use certified random number generators and have published return-to-player (RTP) rates. WinBid does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Game availability may vary and WinBid reserves the right to add, remove, or modify games at any time.
• If a game session is interrupted due to a technical fault, the round will be settled based on the game state at the time of interruption, in accordance with the provider's rules.

• Playing strategies designed to exploit game mechanics or bonus structures are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the promotional period.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on WinBid. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account on WinBid.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports manipulation.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games.
• Using WinBid for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing WinBid staff or other players.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

WinBid reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if a breach of these Terms and Conditions is suspected or confirmed. In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting WinBid support. Any real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after verification.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the account settings.
• If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, WinBid is not obligated to return bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct.

11 Responsible Gaming
